Return & Exchange

Your orders are checked before they are sent and delivered to the cargo. Your shipments reach you insured. Any deformation etc. on the product during delivery. If you see it, it is returned to the cargo officer by keeping a report and not receiving the product.

General Refund Policy

• Returns must be made within 7 working days from the date of delivery of the product.
• Returns must be made with the original box or packaging.
• Returns are not accepted for products whose original box / packaging is damaged, which has lost its resaleability feature, and which cannot be purchased by another customer.
• You must send the original invoice along with the product you want to return.
• The product return shipping fee belongs to the customer.
• In case the products are delivered in accordance with the return conditions, the refund of the product amounts will be processed on the day the product is received by us. The time for the refund to be reflected in your account is at the discretion of your bank. Refunds made to credit card are reflected in the account within 7 working days, and payments made by money order are reflected in the account within 3 working days at the latest.
